TERMS & CONDITIONS

YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THE CRUISE BOYS™ – powered by KVI Travel

Before we make arrangements for your flight, hotel, car rental, tour, cruise, or other trip, we require that you acknowledge your agreement with the following terms and conditions:

Please thoroughly review these terms and conditions of The Cruise Boys™. The booking passenger, by accepting this receipt and making payment to The Cruise Boys™, acknowledges that they have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel-related services. These conditions apply to yourself, your family, or traveling companions that you represent or make payments on their behalf.

The Cruise Boys™ offers retail and interline travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. We do not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. The Cruise Boys™ acts only as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, ground operator, tour operator, cruise line, shore excursion, attraction, or other travel Supplier who provides goods or services for the passenger(s) trip.

While The Cruise Boys™ prides itself on selecting top-quality Suppliers, we assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by:

  • any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers;

  • any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; or

  • any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control.

Suppliers reserve the right to deviate from the direct, customary, and/or scheduled route or itinerary for any reason, without limitation and without notice. Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that The Cruise Boys™ is not responsible for Supplier deviations, delays, cancellations, mandated overnight stays, missed connections, or any other condition beyond its control.

Force Majeure

“Force Majeure” means, in relation to The Cruise Boys™, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of The Cruise Boys™, including but not limited to acts of God, explosion, flood, high winds, fire, accident, war or threat of war, terrorism, sabotage, riots, strikes, civil disturbances, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, defects in machinery or vehicles, delay, wildlife, or other unforeseeable events.

The Cruise Boys™ shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any Supplier being unable to perform its obligations due to a force majeure event.

Supplier Contracts & Pricing

Passenger(s) acknowledge and understand that cruise lines, tour operators, and other Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and that you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Passenger(s) agree that The Cruise Boys™ is not responsible for errors or omissions in quotes, advertisements, or website content resulting from incorrect information provided by third parties. Suppliers reserve the right not to honor erroneous prices due to electronic, printing, or clerical errors. You acknowledge this right and agree to hold The Cruise Boys™ harmless for any actions or damages arising from Supplier pricing issues.

Prices are not subject to increase after full payment; however, post-purchase increases may apply due to changes in transportation costs (including fuel surcharges), government-imposed fees or taxes, or adverse currency exchange rate fluctuations. Passenger(s) acknowledge and consent to such increases where applicable.

Booking Accuracy & Legal Names

Passenger(s) are required to immediately review all booking details including, but not limited to, passenger names, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and activities. Please notify The Cruise Boys™ immediately of any errors or omissions.

Passenger(s) assume full responsibility for any costs incurred due to failure to report errors. Names, dates of birth, and gender must exactly match government-issued identification. Certain destinations require passports valid at least six (6) months beyond the return date of travel. Non-U.S. citizens may require additional documentation.

Travel Risks & Jurisdiction

The Cruise Boys™ has no special knowledge regarding Supplier financial conditions, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or accessibility. Passenger(s) assume full responsibility for verifying travel conditions and risks.

You agree that all disputes shall be litigated exclusively in the courts of Orange County, Florida, and consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

All references to “The Cruise Boys™” throughout these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed to refer to The Cruise Boys, LLC, its owners, officers, members, employees, agents, and independent contractors, collectively.

Under no circumstances shall any individual owner, member, or representative of The Cruise Boys, LLC be held personally liable for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from travel-related services.
